First and foremost, it's important to note that when you place an order with Rustic Gift Co, we'll do everything in our power to make sure we get your personalization 100% correct. 100% satisfaction is our goal.

As long as you explain exactly what you want, we'll make sure it happens. Don't hesitate to contact us via email, once your order is placed to finalize your order with us if you feel anything has been left unsaid.

We want you to have peace of mind knowing your order is being handled with care.

Ordering a Custom Design

Most items available for sale can be customized with any of our available graphics and text.
Once you select an item, click the "Click here to choose your graphic(s)" to select from our available graphics. Selecting the graphic of your choice will fill the box, select multiple graphics if there are multiple products.
From there, you'll simply need to enter in your custom text as the design allows.
Be sure to enter all necessary information.
If there are multiple items to customize, specify which item the text is for. The more details the better.
For quotes or no text changes, leave custom text blank.
If you have a special request, don't hesitate to leave it in the custom text box, as we can do just about anything.

Don't See What Your Looking For?

We are also gauging interest for custom designs. If you have your own design you'd like to have engraved onto one of our products, we can do that too. With enough interest, we'll add an upload feature directly to the product page.
